Return Policy

1 Right of Withdrawal

Under EU/EEA consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

2 Return Conditions

To exercise your right of return:

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Notify us of your intention to return within 14 days
• Return the product within 14 days of notifying us

3 How to Return

Contact us at touch@traxylonghalmare.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

5 Exceptions

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Defective products may be exchanged or refunded—contact us with details and photos.

6 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
